How long does shipping take for furniture orders?
Because many of our pieces are made-to-order, standard lead times are typically 8 to 12 weeks. Once your furniture is ready, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient arrival time.
Do you offer custom furniture designs?
Yes, we specialize in customization. Most of our collections allow you to select specific wood species, hardware, and stain colors. For completely bespoke designs, please contact our design team for a consultation.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for standard stock items in original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All Weaver Furniture pieces include a limited lifetime warranty covering structural integrity and craftsmanship. This ensures your investment is protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Do you provide white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery which includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
