At Weaver Furniture, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for most standard furniture items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Arrange for a freight carrier or courier to collect the item; please note that return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
